對象：長者社區中心的長者

團隊於2016年4月2日及4月9日在元朗及天水圍進行外展服務，旨在向長者推廣健康的生活方式和用藥安全。在 服務中，學生志願者向長輩講解正確的貯藥方法。 註冊藥師也為長輩提供藥物諮詢和改善建議_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_attitudes toward medication. Apart from delivering medication safety knowledge, student volunteers also got to understand the habit and medication problems of the_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_elders.
